Miss Sarah Hibbert

Professional career
Sarah's first job was working as an office administrator for a steel foundry on a Saturday. Though only 15 at the time, she gained valuable experience that gave her a head start in the business world. She joined Little Fish in early 2015 as a semi-senior Accountant after gaining accreditation in Level 3 AAT. She brought with her a wealth of accounts and business experience having previoulsy run her own business.
During her time with Little Fish she has gone on to complete her Level 4 AAT and has been accepted as a full memeber of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
Currently Sarah is studying for her ACCA qualification, which she hopes to attain by 2020.
In April 2018, Sarah became a partner of Little Fish, having demonstrated her capabilities to the existing partners and her dedication to the future sucess of the business.
Mrs Donna Copley

Professional career
Donna began her career in accountancy with a local firm of chartered accountants after successfully achieving a BA (Hons) in Accountancy. Preparation of accounts for both small and large companies was part of her everyday work, along with VAT & Tax work and performing audits for some of the larger businesses. Additional roles included helping businesses manage and achieve monthly targets, constantly working with clients, reviewing and adapting working practices.
After several years in practice, Donna made the leap to industry. Her roles in this sector included being group management accoutant, for a privately owned family group of companies, with a turnover in excess of £100m and also as financial controller for two divisions with an international conglomerate. At the time this company was ranked by Forbes as the most admired company in the aerospace and defense sector.
In 2005 Donna moved from this role to become Financial Director of a Leisure company, responsible for the management of numerouse leisure parks and marinas throughout the England.
Sam Wall

Professional career
Sam started her career working for a small accountancy partnership where she received on the job training, at the same time as studying for her accountancy qualifications. Over the years Sam gained valuable experience dealing with a variety of businesses. This included preparing accounts, performing audits, VAT and Tax work, as well as providing monthly management account services to a number of clients. After six years in practice, Sam moved to industry as project accountant for a large conglomerate, which it's self was ranked, by Forbes, as the worlds's most admired company. The role involved reporting for a projectin South America, both locally and internationally.
In 2007 Sam joined Donna, working as Executive Financial Director for a number of the leisure parks under the management of the same Leisure Company. The role was both a financial and operational role, which involved being pivotal to the day to day running of the parks and the company.
Donna and Sam established a working relationship that inspired them to set up Little Fish Accountants.
